About Us
Branson Academy, Inc. is an established private school within the State of California (E.C. 33190) and operates a K-12 Independent Study Program.
Whether you call it homeschooling, unschooling, or independent study we established our K-12 program specifically to support other independent-minded families who want to teach their children at home. We enroll students from all over the State of California and many other states in the U.S.
Our non-campus based private school is a family-run business located in the foothills of the central coast of the Monterey Bay.
We started teaching our own six children in the early 1980's. As veteran home-schoolers with over 25 years of experience we are dedicated to helping other families successfully teach their own children.

You have the freedom to choose curriculum materials from the variety of products available on the market today.
We are available to assist you in designing a course of study based on your child's learning style and/or special needs.
Our year round program allows your child to study at his/her own pace. A course of study may be completed at any time during the academic year.
Year round study gives a child more time to develop natural talents and abilities outside of academic pursuits.
Our program gives families more flex time for vacations, holidays, or community service, helping to develop stronger family relations.
